Temporary International Health Insurance Plan

Atlas Series - International Individual Travel Medical Insurance- For US and non-US Citizens traveling outside your home country for 15 days through one year. Both US and International PPO network of doctors and hospitals (see bottom of this page). Includes $25,000 accidental death and dismemberment coverage.  Three Plans to Choose From:  Quotes and applications online, ID card transmitted electronically as soon as application completed.

• Atlas International - Up to $1,000,000 in coverage for US citizens traveling abroad. ID card transmitted electronically as soon as application completed
• Atlas America - Up to $500,000 in coverage for non-US citizens outside their home country. ID card transmitted electronically as soon as application completed
• Atlas Extra - Up to $1,000,000 in coverage for all international travelers for periods in excess of six months. ID card transmitted electronically as soon as application completed

"International Citizen - Permanent International Health Insurance Plan"
$5,000,000 in coverage for individuals and families needing coverage world-wide, including the US and Canada

International Citizen Series - International Individual Major Medical Insurance - Annually renewable, major medical insurance for individuals and families. US citizens outside the US and non-US citizens anywhere including your home country, the US or third countries. Both US and International PPO network of doctors and hospitals (see bottom of this page). Three Plans to Choose From:
 

• Platinum - $5,000,000 in coverage for individuals and families needing coverage world-wide, including the US and Canada.
• Premier - $1,000,000 in coverage for individuals and families needing coverage outside the US and Canada.
• Risk-Share - $250,000 in coverage for individuals and families with higher deductibles and coinsurance.

"International Life Insurance"
Term Life Insurance from $50,000 to $4,500,000

International Life Insurance Products Description:
 

• Basic Plan (Basic): Policy Limit Paid at Death
• Terminal Illness (TI): ½ of Policy Limit Paid when Diagnosed with Terminal Illness and 12 Months or Less to Live
• Double Indemnity (AD): 2x Policy Limit Paid when Death is Result of Covered Accidental Injury
